At TLM, we’re proud to call ourselves a people-centric organization with a revenue-distributing model. Our compensation structure is very simple and motivating for all our employees. We’re all here to earn a good living, but when you get to work in an awesome culture with amazing people around, that makes every day much more enjoyable and rewarding.
We understand everyone is productive at different times. In regards to working hours, management’s motto has always been to grant as much flexibility as possible. Our employees come in at their own convenience and leave after completing their work for the day.
Our startup is recognized by the Govt of India, and the average age of our team is around 27 years old. We’re proud to employ a relatively young and dynamic set of people, which is something we want to maintain for many, many years to come.
We follow an open culture and are currently working in a hybrid style with many new interns coming into the office for training. TLM stood behind our team in these challenging times and gave financial and medical support when needed. We prioritize the health, safety and well-being of our team. All employees shifted to a work-from-home model immediately after COVID hit us in March 2020. We also recently conducted a vaccination drive for our employees and only employ individuals who are fully vaccinated.
We are a group of more than 125 people, but we understand how difficult it is to get a job for freshers. Our pledge is to make people employable by training them in the right skills and deploying them on live projects to gain first-hand experience early on.
Our Company Policies
It’s very rare that you would see a SME offering the incentives and allowances that TLM does. While we greatly value our team, we also expect all of our employees to follow the code of conduct. Our founders do floorwalk often in an effort to better understand the needs of the team and how we can support each other. Respect is something we do not compromise on.
