Introduction

TLM's backend development team is responsible for developing and maintaining backend systems that ensure the dashboard platform runs smoothly. This includes data management, proper communication between team members, and the development of solutions to support our B2B lead generation operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Must be able to manage the database to make sure it is running efficiently, hassle-free, and in a systematic way.
• Have relevant exposure to API creation and backend integration to facilitate the front-end development team while maintaining proper communication throughout the process.
• Should be able to maintain a proper backend development system to power the platform and must be proficient with Python scripts. 
• Ensure the platform is running smoothly through setting up systematic automation.
