Inside Sales Representative

Job description

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will make outbound calls to business owners and decision-makers in the US on behalf of our MSP clients, qualify their interest and book meetings. This is a night shift role aligned to US business hours.

Job responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospects from targeted lists.
• Introduce our clients' services and qualify interest and fit.
• Book meetings and appointments for client sales teams.
• Follow up on email replies and previous conversations.
• Log every call and outcome accurately in the CRM.
• Meet daily call and appointment targets.

Qualifications

• Excellent spoken English and confidence on the phone.
• Prior outbound calling or inside sales experience is a plus.
• Comfortable working night shifts.
• Target-driven and resilient with objections.
• Graduate in any field.
